WAX
Wax thermal ribbons are used where you do not require a high degree of scratch resistance, but want a superior print quality at high speeds. We have a large range of widths and lengths to suit most thermal transfer printer models.
Use these ribbons for: printing on most coated and uncoated thermal transfer self-adhesive paper labels, as well as thermal printable cards.

WAX RESIN
Wax-Resin thermal ribbons offer a higher degree of smear and scratch proof printing onto a wide variety of thermal transfer label materials. The range of suitable thermal transfer stocks include most papers and card stocks, some synthetic label materials, overprintable varnish coated pre-printed colour labels and pre-tinted colour labels. Wax-Resin thermal ribbons offer some degree of chemical and solvent resistance. These ribbons have a wider temperature/ darkness operating range and are very forgiving. We offer a large range of widths and lengths to suit most thermal transfer printer models.
