The Zebra ZT411 On-Metal UHF RFID Printer combines durable industrial label printing with advanced RFID encoding, providing a reliable solution for tracking assets across demanding warehouse, manufacturing, healthcare and logistics environments.

Designed specifically for on-demand RFID asset tagging, this model can print and encode specialised RFID labels for application to metal surfaces, as well as compatible RFID and standard barcode labels. It is optimised for thicker on-metal RFID media up to 1.5 mm, making it ideal for identifying tools, equipment, machinery, IT assets, returnable containers and other valuable items that can be difficult to track using traditional RFID labels.

With 203 dpi resolution, a maximum print width of approximately 104 mm and print speeds of up to 356 mm per second, the ZT411 delivers clear barcodes, text and graphics while helping high-volume operations maintain efficient workflows. It supports both thermal transfer and direct thermal printing for added flexibility across a range of labelling applications.

A large 4.3-inch colour touchscreen allows users to quickly view printer and RFID status, adjust settings and troubleshoot common issues. Standard USB, Serial, Ethernet, Bluetooth and dual USB Host connectivity support straightforward integration with existing networks, systems and workplace devices.

Built with a rugged metal frame and Zebra’s Link-OS platform, the ZT411 can be configured, monitored and managed across your business.
