Built with minimal internal mechanical parts and a full metal frame, the Honeywell PD45S is exceptionally durable and dependable. Its tough yet compact construction gives it a sleek, modern look, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial and commercial environments.

Powered by an Arm Cortex A7 processor running at 800 MHz with 128 MB memory and 128 MB DDR3 SDRAM, the PD45S delivers consistent, high-speed printing performance. The advanced industrial print head supports both direct thermal and thermal transfer printing modes, ensuring versatility across different applications.

Honeywell’s patented dual sensor positioning technology provides precise label alignment, supporting a minimum label height of 5 mm and a vertical position accuracy of 0.5 mm. Dual adjustable pressure bars and double media guides maintain smooth paper feeding and prevent ribbon wrinkles or print contamination.

Designed for ease of use, the PD45S features a 3.5-inch full-colour touch display and a 2.36-inch keypad screen for intuitive control. The print head can be quickly replaced, while the front sensor and rubber roller are easily accessible for cleaning and maintenance.

The PD45S supports multiple printer command languages including FP, DP, IPL, ZPL and DPL, with simple driver installation and straightforward Windows configuration.

It also offers a comprehensive selection of accessories and interface options, including wireless networking, parallel, serial, GPIO and labelling machine interfaces. Peeling, rewinding and cutting modules are available to support a variety of industrial printing scenarios.
